the story behind the perspective
For more than 30 years, I’ve worked inside organizations building brands, leading marketing teams and navigating growth. I’ve had to see the whole picture, make strategic decisions and turn ambitious ideas into work that could actually move an organization forward.
Much of that experience also brought me alongside small business owners, giving me a front-row seat to the opportunities they were pursuing—and the marketing challenges getting in their way.
I saw too many strong businesses struggle with what to say, where to invest and what to do next. It wasn’t because they lacked ambition or good ideas. They lacked a clear brand foundation and experienced marketing leadership to help guide those decisions.
I created BrandWorks Marketing Lab to make that level of strategy and experience more accessible to business owners and leaders who may not be ready to build an in-house marketing team. You don’t need another vendor completing disconnected tasks. You need someone who can ask the right questions, see the whole picture and help bring all the pieces together.
